and workmanship. Only the finest quality materials are used. If you are dissatisfied with our product
for any reason, please return it to us, and it will be replaced free of charge.
GENERAL SHIPPING: You will receive your order in 2 - 10 business days. We will inform you
immediately if an item is out of stock and when we expect it to be available. We ship UPS Ground Service
on a standard basis for the following rates: $100.00 or less, please add $12.80; $100.01 to $200.00, please
add $14.80, $200.01 and up, please add $16.80. For US Post Office Box delivery, please specify USPS
Priority Mail. Our standard UPS rates will apply. Expedited Delivery is available for an additional charge
of: 3 business days, please add $15.00, 2 business days, please add $26.00. Overnight, please call Monday
through Friday by noon for a quote. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge of $25.00. Your
order can be shipped via UPS COD for an additional charge of $12.00. International Delivery: Please call
our office for a quote. All international shipments are via United States Postal Service Global Priority.
RETURNS: Our unconditional guarantee means that you can exchange your merchandise, or request a refund
at any time. Please ship returns via insured USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR SIZING: We have cut our patterns to fit our clients comfortably. If you still have
the body of a twenty year old, chances are our clothes will be a bit roomy. We have enjoyed life and we wear
it well. If you are forced to purchase an Extra Large size in most casual clothes catalogues, rest assured our
Large will fit nicely. One exception, our shooting vests are cut to fit snugly in the chest and shoulder area for
proper gun mount. If you prefer a looser vest, order one size up. The following chart might help:
